Having talked extensively in my previous post on the subject ''how to create twinkas account'', today, we shall be looking at TWINKAS frequently asked questions and answer to enable participates have detailed knowledge of the various packages that are available on this platform and how best they can go about them if needs arise.

1. What is TwinKaS?
TwinKaS is a peer-to-peer donation and mutual aid fund scheme for members to help other members in an efficient way. By using this scheme, members gives and receives donations from each other.

2. The AIM of TwinKaS?
TwinKaS was created to promote the greatest good, with a particular emphasis on helping man. Its connect people through donation to provide financial assistance to each other and everybody is helped.

3. How many direct referrals do I need to have?
There aren’t any obligations to force members to join your downline. No Spillover function. The system is designed for automation.

4. What is the difference between the platforms?
The different platforms are categorized to accommodate the specified donation amount. The higher your platform, the more money you can earn.

5. Who is eligible to join TwinKaS?
 There is no age and gender barrier in joining TwinKaS. Equal benefits and donations are assigned to all and sundry

6. Can I have multiple accounts?
Yes. But the system will require an additional username and email for verification and validation. Bank details, Names and mobile numbers can be the same. Who cares?

7. Is there any setup fee?
No, TwinKaS has provided a system that allows 100% free of charge.

8. How long does it take to receive compensation?
This depends upon the flow at which members joins the platform. You can join and get paid same day. It is typically on or before 21 days.

9. How can I participate?
There are three ways at which one can participate;
  • It is suggested that, upon invitation to join, the sponsor must have your full name, email ID and mobile number to fill out the registration form. On successful registration, SMS and Email message be sent containing your email ID and mobile number (both as a username), and a generated password. The password and username are subject to change when logged in.
  • The referral link is the invite’s analogue, but it is more convenient to attract new members through the Internet (Facebook, Twitter etc.). A person coming to the system through your referral link will be automatically redirected to TwinKaS register page. After registering he is assigned to a sponsor and a token fee is added to your profile in which you can cash out later. Each of your referral that has paid is toping up N500 whcih you can see on your dashboard.
  • In the event that you were not invited by anyone, then you can join by going to https://www.twinkas.com and click on the Sign-Up. You will be systematically referred directly by the Administrator and the system will automatically assign you to a member.
10. After signing up, I did not receive SMS notification. 
Each member is entitled to unlimited SMS notification but in the case whereby no SMS was received, then you have to disable “DO-NOT-DISTURB” on your mobile phone by Sending the word "ALLOW" to the short code 2442.

11. My sponsor’s name on the website is not the person that referred me when I tried to join. 
In such cases, your sponsor must have fully received his/her commission and EXIT the group. However, the system will redirect your account and assign you within the package.

12. How do I receive my payment?
Once you have donated and have been fully activated by your sponsor, then you are liable to receive your payment from 3 donors either through bank payment, transfer or by cash.

13. What is activation code?
Activation code is generatedand displayed to users dashboard which will be used for activation on receiving payment from a donor. The activation code is kept confidential for security reasons.

14. Do I need to have a personal office?
The personal office displays information regarding the membership in the system. All the activities are done here including membership management, transaction management, Customer Relationship management, security management and profile manager.

15. Is TwinKaS legal?
TwinKaS is a multi-level social network marketing where people who are willing to help each other voluntarily, will join with their bio-data. And the registered members of TwinKaS have a unified financial relationship, and this has proven the reason why TwinKaS is not a subject of legal relations and so the TwinKaS community cannot be illegal.

Giving money by one participant to another one is not prohibited by either international or local legal systems.

16. How many times am I allowed to join and get assistance? The number is unlimited. You can join as many times you wish and get assistance too. Each time you join and get complete assistance, the system will automatically EXIT you fom the package but retains your account.

17. I sent the donation but my referrer has not approved it.
The system is timed, which the recipient of the donation will be conscious to approve the donation. If the timer reaches “0” and the donation has not been confirmed, you will need to contact support with proof of donation, i.e., a scanned copy of the teller or the Transaction details made through the payment processor. Simply upload the document and sent it to support@twinkas.com for further investigation by the support team. But until then, your case resides in Twinkas Court

18. If the person assigned to pay me didnt pay, what next?
As long as you have been matched before, the system will remove the referral and assign another immediately after the referral exceed his commitment time which is usually 24 Hours.
