How to Unblock Someone on FB

How to Unblock Someone on FB: When you block somebody on FB, not only can they not interact with you by Facebook comments, chat or messages, but they also have no access to your profile at all. This Facebook feature is helpful when dealing with stalkers or other online harassers. If you have blocked someone accidentally or changed your mind about the block, though, it is also reversible. You can change your Privacy settings to unblock and allow someone back into your FB world. See: How do You Unblock Someone on Facebook

How to Send a Friend Request on Facebook
Since when you unblock someone on Facebook, you do not automatically befriend the person, rather, you'll have to send a friend request which he will need to accept on his end before you can become friends again, I have deemed it fit to include in this section "how to send a friend request on Facebook." See: How to Unblock Someone on Facebook Mobile

To send a friend request on Facebook, do the following;
1. If you've logged in your Facebook account already, select the search bar at the top of any Facebook homepage

2. Type in the name of the person in the space provided and click the search icon at the extreme.

3. If you can't find your friend, you can consider clicking people or do the following;
i. Click here to navigate to the Facebook find friend screen.
ii. Then use the search boxes below Search for Friends to find a friend.

A typical example is if your friend's hometown is Mumbai, you can enter Mumbai for Hometown. Now you'll see people who come from Mumbai.

If your friend attended the University of Delhi, you can also enter the University of Delhi for College or University. Now you'll see people from Mumbai who also studied at the University of Delhi.

Bear in mind that when you search for friends by their networks, some people may not show up, depending on their privacy settings for the About section of their profile. A typical instance is if someone chooses the Only Me privacy setting for their hometown, they won't show up if you search for their hometown.

Note that if you block someone or the person blocked you, you may not see them when you search for them. See: How To View Blocked List On Facebook | See FB Blocked List & Unblock Friends.

3. Finally, to send someone a friend request, select "Add Friend" next to their profile picture. Note that depending on their privacy settings, some people might not have "Add Friend" next to their profile picture.
