How do I cancel or delete a Facebook event I created?

How do you cancel or delete a Facebook event you created already maybe due to personal reasons, or for any reason at all. 
I will be showing you how to do so no matter what device or means you used to create it. You can cancel the event from any device as well as long as you are logged in to your account. 
How do I cancel or delete a Facebook event I created?

USING A COMPUTER:

To cancel or delete your event from a computer or while using a computer:
  1. Go to your event page and click Edit. See how to go to your event page.
  2. Click Cancel Event in the bottom left.
  3. Click Cancel Event or Delete Event.
  4. Click Confirm. Keep in mind that a notification will be sent to everyone who was invited and hasn’t already declined or removed themselves from the invite.
Note: When you cancel an event you’ll no longer be able to make changes to it, but people will still be able to post. When you delete an event, everything will be deleted and no one will be able to post.

USING A BASIC MOBILE BROWSER:

To delete an event you’ve created if you are using a basic mobile browser but not from an android device:
  1. Login to your Facebook account using your preferred browser.
  2. Go to Event.
  3. Go to the event you’d like to delete.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Click Delete Event, then click Delete Event again to confirm.
If you delete the event, a notification will be sent to everyone who was invited and who hasn’t already declined or removed themselves from the invite.

USING AN ANDROID MOBILE BROWSER:

To cancel or delete your event if you are using a browser on an android phone:
  1. Log in to your Facebook account using the app.
  2. Go to the event. 
  3. Go to your event and tap More > Cancel Event.
  4. Select Cancel Event or Delete Event.
  5. Tap Confirm. Keep in mind that a notification will be sent to everyone who was invited and hasn’t already declined or removed themselves from the invite.

 USING THE ANDROID APP:

To cancel or delete your event:
  1.  Log in to your Facebook account using the app.
  2.  Click the 3 parallel-lines icon and select Event. 
  3. Go to your event and tap Edit.
  4. Tap Cancel Event.
  5. Select Cancel Event or Delete Event.
  6. Tap Confirm. Keep in mind that a notification will be sent to everyone who was invited and hasn’t already declined or removed themselves from the invite.

USING AN IPHONE: 

To delete an event you’ve created if you’re using an iphone to access your Facebook account:
  1. From your News feed, Tap the 3 parallel lines then tap Events.
  2. Tap Hosting in the top right.
  3. Go to the event you’d like to delete.
  4. Tap Edit in the top left.
  5. Tap Delete Event, then tap OK to confirm.
 Always remember that if you delete an event, a notification will be sent to everyone who was invited and who hasn’t already declined or removed themselves from the invite.
