1. Log in to your Gmail account
3. Scroll down to the “Signature” section and click the second radio button signifying that you want to create a signature.
4. Click the “Insert Image” (picture frame) icon if you have a hosted image that you want to use as a visual link to Facebook.

5. Type or paste the image’s URL in the dialog box and click “OK.”
6. Click the “Small,” “Medium” or “Large” links below the signature box if you need to resize the picture. Before proceeding, click the image in the signature text box.
7.. Click the “Link” icon.
8. Paste or type your Facebook page address in the “Web Address” field.
9. Click the “Text to Display” field if you’re not using an image.
10. Type the descriptive text you want to display. Use text that clearly indicates that the link goes to your company’s Facebook page.

11. Click “OK” after filling in the URL and description, if applicable.
12. Click “Save Changes” for the signature to appear in future messages you send.
