To report a libel on Facebook, do the following;
Using Your Facebook Account
1. First, you’ll need to log in to your Facebook account. Bear in mind that if you’re already logged in to your account, once you enter
https://www.faceboook.com in your browser, click on the login button and you’ll be taken to your Facebook news feed.
But if you’re yet to log into your account, you’ll be taken to the Facebook homepage. If that is the case with you, go to the login section on that page and enter your login details in the spaces provided and then click on the login button to continue to your news feed.
2. Go the libelous post you want to report and click this “…” at the far right of the post and a drop-down menu will appear. See screenshot below;
3. Now, select Give feedback on this post from the drop-down menu. This will open a new page with many options that describe what you may likely want to report the page about.
4. Click on the options that best describes what you deemed fit for the post you’re reporting. This will activate the Send button at the bottom right of the box. See screenshot below.
In this case, you’ll need to select Harassment and then click on Me. See screenshot below.
5. Click on the Send button to continue.
6. Finally, click Done

2. Click “Submit an Inquiry Here.”
3. Click the “Other Abuse or Harassment” option under “What issue are you trying to report?”
4. Click “No” when asked if you have a Facebook account.
5. Select a number when prompted to choose the number of pieces of content you want to report. Options include 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 pieces of content.
6. Copy and paste a link to the content you wish to report for libel. For users who don’t have a Facebook account, Facebook suggests asking a friend with Facebook access to help you obtain the link.
7. Type in a description of the libel in the “Description” field and then click “Send” to complete your libel report.
