That will open a section of Facebook that shows all your pokes.

How To Poke Someone on Facebook For iPhone
To poke someone on Facebook using iPhone, do this;
1. First, open Facebook. Do that by tapping on the Facebook app icon in your device.
Bear in mind that if you’re not already logged in to your account, you’ll need to enter your login details at the login section of the Facebook homepage and then tap on the login button to continue to your Facebook news feed.

4. Click on the name of the person you want to poke to continue to their profile.
5. Navigate to the bottom left of their cover photo and click “…” This will bring up a drop-down menu with some options.
6. Finally, click Poke from the drop-down menu.
Once you click on the poke button, your friend that you poked will be notified immediately and an option for them to poke you back, dismiss the poke or ignore it.
